Opportunity to provide 1 speaker representing your business for a 5-minute host speech during the Pre-Dinner Reception, with bio featured in the evening event guide. Please provide via email up to 100 words with a high-res picture to Gemma West gw@associate-events.com.
Conference & Expo
Pre-Dinner Reception Host allocation of 15 day delegate tickets (please note this allocation must include the Pre-Dinner Reception speaker). Please complete this form and return to us no later than 28th February 2023. Kindly note that any places not used, the DWN shall take back and utilise elsewhere.
Guest Lists
Digital sponsor highlight reel
20-second slot on digital sponsor highlight reels - video and/or static slide(s). The sponsor reel content will be on display around the venue and should consist of the following-: Video (MOV or MPG format): To represent your company, who you are, what you do and why you have sponsored the event. There will be no sound, so it will need to be visually very vibrant, quick and pacey, with short clips of video put together to create your individual piece. Static Slide(s) (JPEG or High Res): To represent your company, who you are and/or what you do. There will be no sound, so the slide(s) will need to be very vibrant and eye catching, so it stands out.
